Do you take commsissions?
No, I do not.

Do you sell your figures anywhere else?
All my figures are only sold here on Big Cartel or linked to specific toy stores/galleries/artists with relevant info through my social media accounts or newsletter. If you see my figures being sold on random sites, it's likely it's a scam.

Do you take pre-orders for specific items?
Unless it is indicated as such in the shop, no.

When will my order ship?
If the items are in stock, orders will ship within 1-2 business days. If your order includes pre-order items and in-stock items, then the entire order will ship when all items are in stock. If you would like to have the in-stock items shipped earlier/separately, please send an email to [email protected]

Pre-ordered items will ship according to the month indicated on the product page.

Can I combine my orders?
If you have more than one order that has not shipped yet, you can send an email to [email protected] with your order numbers and I will combine the items into one package. I will then refund you part of the shipping costs (if any).

When will a specific item be back in stock?
Product descriptions will usually indicate when an item will be back in stock. If there is no information, follow my Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter accounts for exact release dates.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes. International orders will be shipped through USPS First Class Package International Service, which does not provide tracking. If you would like to have tracking for an additional fee, please email [email protected]

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Returns/exchanges are at the discretion of Fiona Ng Designs. Please email [email protected].

How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
